no.
pre facelift silvertops have twin mesh flexi's

Facelift and blacktop have a hinge setup near the top flange

apart from that they both have the squished part, and are same length

all i actually need to know is
will a silvertop 2-1 section with flexis fit the black top.
my mate has a carib and it has 4-1 extractors, he wants to change back to standard as he wants more torque down low, but we only have the top half.

While we are on the subject can someone just quickly tell me what the standard piping size is for the exhaust? Is it 2 inch piping or 2 1/4 inch?

So is it worth upgrading the exhaust to a 2 1/2 inch or will it just be a waste of cash?

So 2 1/4 should be fine with a few mods for the road?

Sweet no point spending the cash then... dont want to loose power by going any bigger...

2.5" is good but to keep noise down you have to tradeoff with resignators

Are the 2-1 sections from the 20vs any good? I've got a set of ST headers (4-2) for my aw11 but i don't know whether to find something else or use the standard 2-1, which i don't have. I'll be using 2.25 for the rest of the 'zorst.
