re your pm most factory turbo oil systems are bundy tube and bangos. If you go to GSS you can get bangos/screw fittings coupled onto stainless brainded hose (can do it yourself as well). This should sort oil feed.
On teh return I would use hose/hose clamp between pipe and turbo and a fitting to the sump. You will need to go to GSS or similar to discuss options. Either way its not cheap so take lots of money or get trade discounts
