4age 16v/20v seals

are the rear and front crank seals on all 4ages the same?


also are waterpumps interchangable across all 5 generations

1, possibly, except maybe the early bluetop as the craks are different,

2, definatly not, RWD water pump is different to FWD and ST and BT are another 2 differerent one's, so at least 4 versions.

bugger.

i thort it was just the different piprs coming off the water pumps.

im using a ST block and smallport head. so ill need a ST pump, right?

i used my gze waterpump cause it was pretty new, on my silvertop block

the difference between the FWD 16V the ST and the BT water pumps is the shape where the cambelt covers go and how they interfere with the cambelt adjuster,

So i'd say use the water pump to suit the head.
