I'll bet yours cracked between on the number 3 exhaust, next to the number 4. Good guess aye? Happens on ALL the AW's, but not FXGT's, even though they have the same manifold!
I bought some silvertop extractors from Rory (No8_wire) and they were already drilled. I don't think its that hard. If you've got some experince, you should be able to do it.
One thing that will get in your way is the flange at the end. It won't fit on your stock one.
Luckily, I was supplied a 20v 2-1 section as well, so my dad and I did a little handy word and cut and welded the 20v 2-1 section onto my existing exhaust.
As for the sensor, mine already came with a pod, but I think I know the one you're talking about. Connects up to a small cylinder shaped thing, right?
Is there also a tube that goes to the throttlebody (Or might have been the intake manifold).
If its the one I'm thinking of, I've been told its for measuring the pressure difference between the airbox and the intake manifold.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.
