2tgeu converstin/working quearys

ok iv got myself a 2tgeu to rebuld and transplant into my ke30
none of my mates know alot about this engin or the converstion,
the engin has the high comprestion pistions
the internails should be good as there seems to be verry little weair

will be going into my daily driver/fun car and would like as much power as i can cheeply and without guzzling fule



so firstly i know some of the ke35's had 2t's in them so i know they fit but
does it matter witch geairbox i use? (im awere there are 2 but not sure on the exact diferences) and would the driveshaft from a 35 fit in? will i need to change the radiator? (i currently have a automatic one if that makes any diff) and will i be needing to changing the diff?



and what mods are worth doing to the engin to get power out of it without spending mega $$? extractors and full exaust? cams wort doing? (if so what to cange/use) ports match?

i thought the "T" engint only came out in the TE25 not ke35. the te 25 was a limited numbers works rally car i think

as i sed i dont know a huge amount about these
but im sure iv read in my corola workshop manuail that the 2t is listed as a stock engin in one of the ke30/35/36's and there is a bit of info on the 2t in it

and i have also heard of 35's with 2t's in them but not sure if thats stock or transplant...

US market got most of their Corrollas with the T series of engines except AE86 and FWD models.

make new engine/box mounts, or find something in the US that's a bolt in.
standard driveshaft should fit 20 spline T-50

standard driveshaft? you meaning the k series drive shaft will fit????

anyway it looks as if finding parts wont be quite as easy as i had maby hoped but i can live with that
but what things are worth doing??

is there alot of point getting crank ect balanced??

somone must know about these engins surly

what parts are you trying to find?

i have a few 2TG's in the shed.

im trying to see if i can find the right gbox for a ke30, driveshaft (witch im pritty sure ill need) and anything els i need for the converstion, not sure if i need diferent engen mounts yet, and will i need to change radiator?
have 2tgeu (and loom) but needs a chain tensioner and afm if youv got one

do you know much about moding them?
