ae101 engine knocking/movement and vvt pulley question

Had the engine mounts replaced and its still happening, though it does feel tighter movement, as if the mounts are dampening it. It only happens at low revs when i throttle back on, also sometimes at high revs re engaging the clutch makes the engine rock backwards and forwards in the mounts. What might still be causing that?

I had read about uneven throttle might be something to do with tps/oxy sensor so i did error code check, and it just kept on flashing, does this mean good or bad? I kept watching it till about 140 and then flagged, according to the FAQ, highest number was something like 73.

Also I tested the VVT pulley with the 12v from battery to solenoid, do you also have to run a -12v for it operate properly? And if so, how have people done it, just using some lose wire i had, the 2 wires came to far close for my comfort, don't want to get spectacular sparks everywhere.\
