16v 4age waterpump replacement

Postby ollieboy » Thu Oct 25, 2007 8:27 pm

I'm not sure if 20v is different but when replacing the waterpump on 16v can you take the pipe along the back of the engine out and bolt up the waterpump to the pipe while its out of the car? Or will there be issues getting the pipe back in the right place? I can't see a problem but could be missing something and want to check.

I just want to get the right torque on the bolts the first time and because its a tight fit in there.
