anyone caldina gtt hard to start randomly??????

hi guys,

just wondering if anyone's caldina are hard to start sometime, it happens randomly to me two times already

i) i wash my car and the next time, the engine would crank but no start, the fuel tank was full

ii)the engine was warm, it cranks fine but it was a bit hard to start....

car travelled 62xxxkm

water in the fuel??? my fuel consumption is getting worse....
