inlet/exhaust port to match gasket

i've seen some plp took the effort to have their inlet and exhaust manifolds port to matched to their respective gaskets to give cleaner gas-path through head. Im wondering how much efficient or different would it make in realistic result?

depends on engine and how close it matches stock
