Urgent help req headbolt settings 5A-FE.

Hey all... I have a mate helping me do my head tonight and need the torque settings for the head bolts in an AE100 with a 5A-FE. If anyone knows these or has any idea where to find them please let me know asap.

I have tried searching but I imagine that a 5a is an unlikely engine for a performance enthusiast to be working on.
