Wiring diagram needed for power windows (altezza or other ?)

Postby TWSTD » Fri Dec 07, 2007 3:10 pm

Afternoon folks.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the powered wing mirrors on an altezza? Its quote likely the same as other toyotas too... There are 7 wires going to each mirror and I need to know what they all do:

Black x 2
Blue
Green
Red
Brown
Purple.

Thanks! :-)

Yeah i guess i could - assuming that each wire has a discrete signal relating to a particular movement (which they may not).

I have from the IS200/300 electrical diagrams...

Left Side (Right Side)

P-B (P-B) = Motor +

P-G (LB-Y) = Motor Vertical

P-L (LB-R) = Motor Horizontal

LG (LG) = MR - seams to go to some diodes then to a motor then to the demister?

LG-R (LG-R)= MF - goes to the demister

They seem to be different colours to yours, I will try get some more info for you tommorw.

What are you trying to do with the wiring?

Thanks for that - ill look over it this weekend and do some testing. Have installed aftermarket powered mirrors that have far fewer wiring connections!
