9mm gt starlet headstuds?

ive got a 4efte gt starlet were doing a headgaskit on the headstuds we got from repco have a 9mm hex on them 12 point and i cant find anyone that does a 9mm head stud tool for it does anyone on here have anything that would work ? ive tryed engeneering shops ect

repco sell a powerbuilt set of sockets that will do 12pt bolts its about $40
they may not keep it on the shelf(ie keep it out the back) so youll have to ask
