20v 4age random Plug

Hey guys wondering if anyone can help me but I just bought a 96 trueno bzg and it randomly started making a nasty noise today and in looking under the bonnet a random cable and possibly plug was whacking against the fan belts. Jus wondering if anyone knows what its for or where it came from as its a real short cable and doesnt seem to plug anywhere. It comes from around the abs relay box but its not from it but from where all the headlights, fog and indicator light cables come from under the frame. Its not long enough to plug into anything and jus kind of worried it may be important but im still driving around and seems ok tho.

Yeah sorry guys I found out what it was. It was a parklight that popped out and the bulb and plug got absolutely nailed so I couldnt tell what it was.
