Any recommendations?
I've rung around a few places with varying responses. A few retailers have suggested putting in a comparatively small battery when compared to what's currently in the car.
It's for my 97 Caldina GTT.

If not just go with NS40/70 size, it should cost you under $100.
If you need a lot of battery power then you could spend from $100+.
I would recommend Exide Orbital for heavy loads but they are not cheap at all (under $500).

I don't have anything out of the ordinary running from it, but the car doesn't get used during the week (sometimes it can be left for up to two weeks without running) and when I take it on holiday I sometimes run the laptop off the inverter, pump up airbed, run a small TV off it etc.
I figured with it often sitting for a while (alarmed) something a bit more heavy duty would be appropriate.
My GF's Mazda Familia battery died so I figured my GTT battery can go in her car & I'll use it as an excuse for a new one as it looks like a factory Japanese battery (with Nissan Motor Co. written on the sticker). Its white on all sides, semi see through & black on the top.
