silvertop vs blacktop head (again)

ok here goes....
been offered a rebuilt silvertop head with the following as quoted...new valve stem seals, new cam seals, die grinded edges in combustion chamber to help stop hot spots from forming and detonation,polished chamber,
port tidy up n polish around valve entrance,surfaced,acid dipped,tappets set,valves lapped etc. its from trademe and have been offered a reasonable price for it.
my question is what benefits would i get from using this on my blacktop? I know the blacktop benefits from a much bigger exhaust port and is MAP censored i'd change the silvertop head to MAP) amongst other things.
so is it worth it or not basically?

got cams etc? if not i don't think head work will be that beneficial. I could be wrong tho
