ae101 Fan problem

Hi guys, the fan/ air condition of my car decided not to work recently, but the lights still work and when I try to adjust the temperature I can hear the mechnical sound coming from the air con unit, oh and the clocks light has gone off as well... I thought it was the fuse problem, tried switching the fuses but it didnt work. Any idea what the problem might be?

So, the fan motor isn't going?

I would start by checking power/earth at the fan connector, then figuring out the pinouts on the back of the aircon/heater controls, and checking power/earth there (while unit is connected, not sure if wires will be long enough though)
