My partner has a GTT Caldina.
The car's done 150km's and the clutch is shot. I'm guessing its the original. We drive the car to work each day while stuck in northern motorway traffic so cant have on/off clutch however Gabi wants to race it at Meremere (she's caught the bug after taking my Supra down the track on Sunday) so we don't want to go stock.
The car has exhaust and air filter. No real mods
What would people suggest for a usable but decent clutch? I was thinking, full face organic clutch with heavy pressure plate and then getting the clutch plate re-rivited and some of the meat taken off, turning it into about a 6 paddle clutch plate. That way we wont really loose too much driveablity but we'll have less surface area so good grip.
Thoughts?
