i have a manual one it hasnt been driven in a few months due to having a few things changed but i jacked it up and spun the wheels both front and rear and both spun in the opposite direction i have had a strange thing happen in my laurel which had an lsd,i jacked it up and spun it after it hadnt been driven for about six months and it spun the other way usually meaning an open diff but after driving it a few times was fine and left two lines everywhere and no it wasnt stuffed it was quite tight. But if anyone has a gtt with an lsd rear end could they maybe give me the number off the diff and i can check mine but like i say it has been sitting for about 4 months or so now so perhaps could be the same as my laurel.......im not too clued up bowt diffs

Im sure the front lsd is viscous, rear is torsen. Maybe its just worn out. But I dont know anything about diffs :? . Maybe theres an aftermarket mechanical option?

Could well be a torsen in your caldina rear.
Torsens act like they are open diff when you jack up and spin the wheels.
There will be clutch type lsds available for your caldina... I think it is a T series 6.7inch crown wheel so same size as AE86 etc.

Look at these... they will give you a good idea of how a torsen works

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!

manual GT-T's do have a rear LSD as stated above, autos dont (cause autos are for poofs)
not sure what the story with the front diff is tho,
ive had mine sideways a few times, but haven't pushed it too much due to the fact that my tires are A) expensive, B) sticky, and C) i need my license :P
