Oil Leak, AE101 fxgt, top of engine

Can some one please help me out, I was cleaning the car today & popped the bonnet to find this





Its not much oil, maybe 2-3 teaspoons full, and it looks like its coming out whatever that pipe is (pcv valve?) that connects back in by the throttle bodies.

Should I be worried? & can somebody tell me how to fix it, is their some sort of seal that needs replaced?

Edit: So I had a look at a few of the tech questions on PCV valves and it looks like I now have an excuse to get a catch can, but one of them was saying about a blocked pcv valve, which I thought might be why there was oil around it.
What sort of action is it on the valve? Can I just remove it to check its action?

You can buy a new PCV valve grommet from Toyota. They're reasonably cheap if I can remember most likely less than $10.
You can test the PCV valve.
Start the engine, remove the PCV valve with the hose still attached and put your finger over the end of it. You should feel vacuum.
Stop the engine, remove the PCV valve from the engine and shake it. You should hear the shuttle inside rattling. If it doesn't, replace it.
