1ggte running like poo

mates got 1g in his hilux and just after getting it going from been sitting 6months been painted has slowly began to run like crap, it started off just been a slight miss on boost, but now stalls at 1 psi, any ideas? already done new leads and dizzy cap, tried differnet coil and afm nothing changed
toyota supra 1996 2jzgte t64 turbonetics
Was 300hp on 10psi with stock twins, hopefully on similar boost be around 400hp

cleaned and tried again then thought maybe turn fuel reg down and noticed when u reved it the fuel press dropped to almost 0 so gona pull fuel tank 2moro and check how the pump is sitting as had to make custom (rangi) bracket to hold walbro 1

Disconnect the battery, hold foot on brake for a while, reconnect battery after several hours and see if that makes any difference

check the fuel filters... it may be blocked enough that as soon as it is under any load it can't supply enough gas.

at a guess, reset the ECU(clear error codes) if it does it on that model.

o i thought resetting ecu was just taking power off for 1min or something
