sc12 pulley upgrade with clutch

Is there a way to put a 12psi pulley kit on the sc itself and still keep the clutch system working or is the crank pulley upgrade the onlyway

Dudes in Australia make smaller S/C pulleys, with or without a clutch assembly.

Or, you could put on a SC14. That'll yield more boost than the SC12.
