4age a/c loom removal

any way to day or tomorow i need to change the wiring loom that goes acoss the front of the car for lighting etc. As i have recently remover all aircon parts can i just cut off the aircon fuse box and related air con parts to make the job easier. Also as theres serveral wiring clip ons inside the car on drivers side were the loom ends is one of these just for aircon?
