Toyota Caldina.. how to remove the front nudge bar????

hey guys

new to this site, but have been a reader for a few months.

any ways i have recently imported a 1998 Toyota Caldina GTT (st215) and i am looking at removing the front nudge bar.. as I'm not sure how keen i am on it.

any one on here done it before or have any tips or info on how to do so?

Haven't done it think it has clips through into bumber so removing will leave you with holes in bumper. Id jack car up + axle stands and remove the undertray should enable a look from the inside but you prob gonna have to remove bumper to undo all clips.
