Ae85 drum brakes locking

I changed my front pads today, didnt bleed the lines or anything just squeezed the calipers out a bit. I also took off the left rear drum to check if the shoes were worn, but they were ok.

Now when I took it round the block the rear right drum locks up really easily, even though this is the one brake I didnt touch. I'm not sure, but it is possible the left is also locking.

I took both drums off and checked them after but there was nothing out of the ordinary I could see.

I've never done anything on drum brakes so im not really sure what to do. Do I just need to adjust the shoes?

Edit - Now fixed, just needed to adjust...
