I can supply the hub, rotor and caliper with pads.
Anyone on here that way inclined?

You can take it to Precision engineering and he will do it all for you.
How much it costs... not sure.
I usually make a mock up out of MDF. Then draw it up in CAD and get it laser cut.
If you make the mock up from MDF or what you need, I can draw it up in CAD and get it cut for you.

I would initially get them water cut, then take to a machinist to finish it off.

Well the thinnest piece could be anything up to +15mm....then the 'step' where the caliper would bolt up to would be another 6-7mm on top of that.

1 flat piece 15mm water cut. Then get spacers made. Would work out really cheap.
I would think the plates would cost $50 each, the spacers would be cheap as like $40 to be lathed up.
For 15mm I would learn towards steel not aluminium.

Bazda wrote:I'm not sure how thick you would need to go... but mine are 20mm thick at the thinnest point and 35mm at the widest. Also with a huge radius on all edges.
From your pics... doesnt tell us anything about how to make the adapter plate really lol

Nah I know - I haven't taken any decent pics yet. Just wanted some of the caliper and rotor in place
I'll take some decent ones tonight
Are yours aluminium Barry?
