Fuel surge tank in a hatch?

Postby Hachiroku » Mon Aug 10, 2009 2:09 pm

Looking at setting up a fuel surge tank in the back of my AA60. Being a hatch there's no boot to separate it from the passenger cabin - is this likely to cause any problems? Also, can I run rubber EFI fuel line to the tank or does it need to be braided? Car will need to meet MSNZ and LTSA reqs.

you need to have all the fittings isolated from the cabin, but you dont need braided lines. i put my set up in the spare wheel well and made a cover for it.
