big end bearing torque???

gonna do the big ends today hopefully, but cant seem to find reliable info on the torque settings does anyone know??

my aw11 bgb says 39nm plus 90 degrees for the 12 sided nut type, or 49nm for the hexagon nut type

I cant remember its been a while, but its just a normal torque not an angle torue.
I think maybe 44 foot pounds. Im not sure.
