Doing a job for a mate, how much fluid does one of these take?

Make sure you only use GL4 or lower oil in it. GL5 will cause premature synchro wear. Get some Redline MT-90 from BNT. You can use Castrol VMX-80 if you're on a budget but the Redline is far superior.
