AE92 rear bushes.

im putting disc brakes on my ae92 and figured while all the suspension was out i might as well replace the bushes. is it really worth doing? wheres a good place to buy them? how much are they likely to cost? also my car has very stiff D2 suspension so if possible i dont really want to stiffen it up any more what type of material should i use?
