JDM GPS/TV Unit

Hi,

I got a JDM GPS/TV Unit integrated with air con etc. Can this be made to work in NZ to pick NZ Tv channels and have NZ Maps loaded? I have spoken to a Toyota Dealer and they said they don't do this. Can this be done? Where can it be done?
