Translation please...........

Can any one translate this image for me,
comes up on a customers SATNAV,
they claim it never appeared before the vehicle was stolen and the SATNAV operated.
I doubt it as i havent seen any Jap imports with it working, any way insurance wants a report on what to do about it.

It went flat and needs to have software reloaded via special mitsubishi CD, that is supposed to be inserted into special CD-ROM in the boot (although location depends on the model, but I assume it is Galant/Legnum?)
You could try your local imports dealer, they might have a CD if they are nice enough to lend it to you.
