any other toyota front seats fit into ae82

As subject says need some seats for the ae82 just for a little while and ae82 ones are hard to find ...so it seems

so i know from searching ae101/111 dont fint but do ae92/st18* ??

A quick look on yahoo at seat rails shows that AE80 AE81 AE82 EE80 and CE80 are all the same. That might make it slightly easier.

Yea I know 80 series seats will fit ,I guess I was hoping for a better seat in the form of another year fxgt or similar untill I can afford the race seats .

i believe later model seats all have wider rails (as in further apart) than the AE82

i think ae92 fx seats fitt just gota get rid of the locator pins at front of rails as the ae82 doesnt have holes for them, or drill some for them

I was told the ae92 seats sat quite a bit higher? Not sure how true this is though just something to watch out for.
