Think I've gotten on top of it. I've put a restrictor in the turbo oil feed, changed the oil return as much as possible and redid the crank case venting so that vacuum helps suck the oil out of the turbo. Seems to be working alright for now so we'll see. Turbo is slightly on the big side so the oil return fittings on the turbo and sump are almost inline so can't really get a good downhill incline between them.
