cant get speedo to calibrate

ive installed an aftermarket speedo on my car but cant get it to calibrate

it a 1998 bzr levin

i have a link and rsm installed

the rsm works perfectly and the new speedo works but doesnt show the correct speed i have tried adjusting the dip switch on the back but it doesnt really get it very close

any help would be great
