hello, do you need to flare your guards when fitting 13/7 modgies to a KE30?

I needed to on my starlet so would assume you would on a 30

most likely mate.. you may be able to roll and strech tyres if you wanted..

Got them on my TA22 celica.. ( might even be 13 x 8 actually ) and they fit nicely

Yes, you will need to.
I test fitted 14x7s on my old one & the guard sat on the tyre.
