Ive just bought a central locking kit from repco and am trying to find those rubber things that the wire goes through between the door and the interior.
Where on earth will i find some??? Also what are they called?

Name is a good question, I'd like to propose "bellowed grommet" unless someone has something better 
I've got a few in the past by just going to pick-a-part and finding something suitable looking.

I believe they are just called wiring grommets
