Door interior water shield adhesive

Anyone know where to get the black goop that sticks the plastic water shield on behind car door cards. The stuff that looks like it has been applied with a caulking gun, and it stays sticky.

Its called mastic I think, have you tried popping into your local panelbeaters supply shop or windscreen place?
Reality: A nasty hallucination that is caused by excess blood in the alcohol stream.
