ABS standard on 1992 Windoms or not?

Hey I just got a 92 Windom (I know they not too popular, but it's what I've got for now) and I was under the impression that they all had ABS breaks...

I gave the breaks a good stomping on and well the breaks locked up, definitely no ABS, so either it never had ABS, or the ABS is broken, computer disabled??? I'm not sure... Can anyone advise?

Have a look for an ABS pump in the engine bay or wheel speed sensors on the wheels to confirm. I don't think it was a standard fitment on them

Edit - Look like it should be standard. Check under the car, it's possible the light has been removed due to a fault.
