Indentifying this Revspeed/turbo timer/thing

So I got this from a friend and I'm wanting to put it into my car but... I can't find a wiring diagram for it if I dunno what brand it is. Not branded anywhere front or back, checked the chip online and its super generic so not specific to this item. Anyone seen it before and know what it is?
