Error Codes

So as per my other thread i was getting error code 52 which is knock sensor i went to go double check the code its putting out before i go about removing the intake i bridged the TE1 and E1 terminals on the diagnostics plug and the check engine light just flashes at me continuously no pauses between flashes

what is it trying to tell me also would the fact i had my cars battery attached to my other cars battery via jumper cables due to my battery been dead give me that reading?

The dead battery reset the ECU and cleared the codes. Jump start it/replace battery, take it for a drive then check the codes again. Continuous even flashing is "no codes stored"
Reality: A nasty hallucination that is caused by excess blood in the alcohol stream.

If your battery is flat then this would have cleared the codes from the ecu - as above, swap another battery in or at least get it going and go for a drive to see if the issue pops up again

If it is the knock sensor then the ECU will go into limp home mode and it'll have no power whatsoever, just a whole lot of popping and crackling when you try to floor it. It happened to mine intermittently every couple of days a while back and I'd constantly be pulling over and disconnecting the battery, until I discovered that you could 'fix' it by just turning the ignition off and back on again a minute later. Chucked in another knock sensor and all was well again.
