Hey guys,

Just sorting out a few niggly things with my new Carib

1: The rear window wiper only works on intermitent. Contacts dirty i'm guessing? Easy to clean or just easier to replace?

2: When I start it, it revs to about 2k then drops down (blacktop 4age). Sits a bit high when first started but otherwise idles fine.

3: Clutch engages quite high on the pedal. Can it just be adjusted at the pedal or is the clutch near the end of its life? Have bled it with no change.

Quick answers

1 - Sorry can't help with this
2 - Take the idle control solenoid off and give it a clean, have had the same or worst with several customers cars and this has fixed it.
3 - Yes there should be an adjuster on the pedal, but its likely you will only get a wind or two out of it

Thanks Stu! I'll have a look and see if i can figure it out - still new to these 4AGE things

And a bonus question for anyone: Steering wheel is quite worn, can I get an airbag wheel from another carib/levin/trueno and get it fitted?
