Alarm/immobiliser issue? No starting!

My caldina gtt has been up on jack stands all day. Alarm started goin a bit funny and when i got it off the stands the car wont start?

The doors are also not locking or unlocking as they should when the alarm is disabled or enabled?

Any help? This is my first car with an alarm

Not been fiddling with electrics mainly wheel work. Did however take one plug out of the ecu while it was switched off and replace it tho

Ok so ive discovered a mass8ve drain on the battery. But i dont know where it is. That's prob what the problem is though.

May pay to check the the bonnet switch isn't connected to the same alarm wire as the door switch,
or leaving the bonnet up flattens the battery,

Struck that on the last car I bought.
