Removing LPG dual fuel system

Postby steroidcontaskie » Wed Oct 12, 2016 4:10 pm

Hi all

I have been looking at getting another hobby car, this time a 4wd to fiddle with. A couple that I have seen have LPG dual fuel systems that are near 10 years old and might need work doing on them. I am also not so keen on having an inductive LPG system with possibilities of gas leaking, backfires etc. So I was thinking... can I just remove the system?

Does anyone know how hard it is to remove a Dual Fuel LPG system (inductive) and if you require any special certification to say it has been removed?

I am a complete LPG noob, so any advice is welcome.

Cheers
Edward
