got some (rough second hand) infinitys of some description a month or so back, and on the 24th decided to install them.

OMFG, I now love my car audio.

prior to that, it was horrible when turned up, it sounded fine to me, but now I realise how bad it was.

ummm, yeah, thats about it, thanks for listening :)

my mate carl ran full infinity in his lexus coupe for quite a few years, backed by sony XES amps and heady, etc. damn that sounded awesome. dad also has a set of those emit ribbon tweeters, with 4's and 6's that he's going to build some home theatre fronts with, damn they sounded nice when they were in a car!

wonder if i can find them again *goes hunting*

Karl from Madsounds - yeah that car was pretty sick :D

finding the emits will be hard unless they're seconf hand or damaged.. if they are damaged then you can fix them up - i have linkage to tuts if need be :)

ah - okay then - didn't realise you were out to look for Dad's stash

they are light sensitive, feet sensitive and need proper placement for optimal performance - PM for tips and links if required :)
