Factory Headunit Bluetooth Question

Hey there guys,

Currently have a customer that has an OKTA Mondo Cellphone, that is trying to pair using bluetooth on the Factory Headunit in a 97 Prado. It seems to pick the phone up ok but when you make a call to the phone it comes up with the following error "Sound Gateway Opening Failed!"

Just wondering if anyone knows of this error message and if theres a remedy to fix it.

May need to look at the settings on the phone and check to see whether its actually paired properly or if its just 'recognising' that its there but not paired. Had a customer a while back that bought a new sony h/unit and was having trouble getting it to connect for voicecalls and that turned out to be the problem. otherwise refer him to maker of the phone as they may know the cause?
