scored some fusion 5.25 speakers from Repoo for $10

Technically no-one else should be able to get them - they're a staff deal only, but friends and family are allowed them too. If you're interested I can get you some though.

a good deal on an amp would be hard to pass up :P obviously not for $10 but if it was just as ridiculous a price.

I usually go for a basic set of Sony 6" speakers for $50 at Jonvy's which for me is adequate, I get more joys out of my intake/turbo/exhaust than I do listening to music, but proportionately audio gear for 1/5th of the price which probably sounds better than the basic Sony stuff would be a goer for sure.

Yeah, the mono Pioneer amp at $110 was pretty hard to go past ;) Though there isnt much in the way of amps, just that pioneer one and a couple of Fusion stuff.
Fil - yeah, but they dont buy assloads of audio stock like they used to, hence why there isnt as much to clear

Alot of this stuff is 2+ years old though I guess...Pioneer DVD headunit down to $550, from I think $3k?
Mike - only a Fusion, REAM45020 or RE AM90040, both ex comparitor...neither exceptionally cheap.

buzz kill, what about 6.5 inch fusion speakers?

Or a pair of 8" 2-ways high to midrange would be mint, otherwise 6.5" and I keep using my spacers i crafted with MDF. Celicas are weird with their 8" speakers in the doors.

But it's because in the toyota premium live sound package you get tweeter, 4" mid and 8"sub in the doors with an underseat amp.

they were just too cheap to change the 8" woofer bracket, so instead they made a 6.5" speaker and extended the paper out to an 8" frame - lol

Ahh nice, what's the price on those?

Some 2-ways would make it easier, but that would be perfect when I track down a set of those window corner pieces with the tweeter bracket and grill

So the verdict is only the 5 1/4's are cheap, no cheap 2ch/4ch amps or small subs?
