well i when and bought some more car audio
a alpine cda-9853
a fusion fe 1000d
and another boshman 12" dvc to go with the one i have already
currently have a 800a4 puch amp as well powering the mains

still want more though maybe get some type x alpine subs ive been told there on par with the infinity perfect 12"s i have had for a while anyone attually got one or had anything to do with them >??

had some a long time ago sold them
but now looking to maybe some type x's to replace my boshmans that i havent been able to kill yet

The X's do sound nice but the type R's are way cheaper.

They have the exact same motor structure etc, they just dont have some of the tweaks the X has for SQ but the type R's still sound good for 1/2 the price. They have more SPL too.

I havnt heard a Type R go in a car but have heard a 10" X along with some type X components. Sounded real nice for car audio!

Depends how much you want to spend really.

What kind of front speakers do you have? No point in a $$$ sub if you dont/not getting fronts to match. Thats where most of your SQ will come from.

A type R sub along with some nice components would make a good setup i guess. And i heard that the R's will take 1000W without shitting them selfs.

i have no idea what they retail for

type X is superior to the normal type R. Better musicality, better power handling, better motor sturctures and better materials used in construction
