Toyota VSS system...

hey, got a 1998 toyota camry with what seems like a factory security system on it,

how hard is it to add a better alarm with this fitted and or remove it and then fit a better alarm?

it doesnt seem to be anything special, but not to sure on the ins and outs of it,

anyone had experience with it before?
