has anyone got links to a decent way to do this?? did some google homework but nothing really solid

im putting some 6.5" speakers into the doors of my rolla

Car filler, 8-12mm MDF and jigsaw is a cheap way to go.
Fiberglass if you want to be fancy.

what do you need to know? contoured shaped doors or a flat panel?

give fiberglassing a go , these were made on i think my 3rd attempt at fiber glassing

pretty easy to do once you have the hang of things,

Im not sure if it will ever be finished man... there is a lot of new ones I have put up lately.

the door cards are a funny shape tho (not straight)

If a funny shape, then go onto nzice and go through my tutorial. have to sign up. If you don't want to sign up, then I can copy over here (but its so much work :P )
