Ok well to explain properly.
I am deffinitaly importing, the poll was to convince my friend it's better to import, because of the lower kms for the same price.
He's also buying what I am.
98-99 Skyline 25GT-X. The one in NZ is 10G's, or we can import one for around 10G's, either cheaper, the same, or a bit more expensive. But all up importing one will be around 10,500 max including compliance, shipping, etc etc.

I have worked in this sector and what "goes missing" is unbelievable... guages, BOV, wheels, ECU's, stereos. Most "goodies" from japan don't make it past the compliance workshop as half of it has to come off to be complied anyway. But I'd still go the import

Import usually Performance Car's from Jap Land have some kool extra's
so i'd be going that way..
